Brian is an experienced business professional who worked his way from being an electrical apprentice, to an industrial electrician, to an engineer, eventually becoming a senior manufacturing executive and who later became a much sought after business consultant. While Brian was providing consulting and training services to a local roofing contractor he observed that many South Florida home owners were getting poor quality work from the contractors they hired to work on their driveways and parking lots.
He saw poorly filled cracks, horrible pot holes, badly installed asphalt (new & repaired), sloppy workmanship (sealer overspray on buildings and vehicles, sealer splashed on sidewalks, curbs, roadways, pavers and many other surfaces) He even saw in several occassions contractors using substandard products. More shocking still was the overall lack of professionalism, lack of care regarding the sloppy workmanship and extremely poor customer service.
This sealed the deal in Brian’s mind that there was great potential for a truly professional driveway / parking lot maintenance company here in South Florida. The rest is history, South Florida SealCoat, LLC was born.
